Mariana’s History
Over 13 years ago, I didn’t speak any English. Coming from Brazil, I came here to pursue
my dream. In 2005, I entered the real estate business, got my license, and have never
looked back. I knew nothing about how to sell a home, but was excited by the world I
was entering. I knew I would succeed. Despite having to find my own way in life, I have
learned valuable lessons along the way and judge my success by the seeds I chose to
plant. Fast forward to the present and I am proud to rank in the top 1% of all Realtors in
Cape Cod & Islands in terms of sales.
My Vision
I never sacrifice integrity for a sale and serve my clients with passion. I believe in attention to detail and care. In 2013, 90% of my homes I closed were from referrals. I have always been taught to stick to my values, which I consider to be dear to my heart. I am a realtor you can trust. With careful listening, I deliver results effectively and even after the transaction is done, I keep in touch with my clients to help them with anything they might need in the future.
